Our Story- bits and Pieces

Hello Everyone, I’m Sarah Ann. I rehab houses and raise little ones. I’m a self taught, learn as you go, fall down alot( I mean alot) kinda gal.  I’m a total, DIY wannabe and have realized time is never on my side. I can’t host the perfect dinner party and plant the prettiest veggie garden while mommying teens & a toddler and building a business, but you know what, that doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy trying. I believe in home being the center of most everything I do. Hard work, simple living and a job well done has become more fulfilling than anything else. I teach my children that gratitude truly is the way to happiness.

If you can relate or if you can’t but are just a little curious, I hope you follow my ever evolving messy journey to create happy homes and happy people.

A New Beginning-

In 2015 I started a new business and had a baby. Buying 3 houses while pregnant may not have been the smartest thing I’ve ever done. Pregnant brain had taken over and I thought I could do it all. My partner Troy who loves me totally and completely showed so much faith in my decisions, I thought for sure I was destined for instant success. Well… we hit some bumps, fell down a lot, and ended up smarter and stronger and found more joy and purpose than I could have ever thought possible. Troy likes to say ” Theres no crying in Real Estate”. The reality is that theres a lot of crying in Real Estate! But that’s not gonna stop us.

Now in 2020, 5 years later we’ve flipped some houses, held onto a couple more and I’ve found my niche in Vacation Rentals.
